Wayside
This is a seasonal Roadside or Wayside for Menominee Twp. It is a rest area located on US-41 just south of #7 road. It has a pavilion, some grills, a swing set and seasonal porta-john. There is water, but its not drinkable. There is a "Peshtigo Fire" memorial marker located at the northern end of the wayside and a kiosk with interesting facts about that fire.
Menominee Township Park
This park/ baseball field is a seasonal park located on property behind the Menominee Township Hall.
There are several parks located in Menominee County; however, only a few within our township.
River Park
Is a Menominee County Park, located on the Menominee River in the NW area of Menominee Township. It has a county pay box for rustic camping.
Other Parks
John Henes Park is a City of Menominee Park - located close to the SE area of the Township, is another popular park. There are also many other parks located throughout the county - Shakey Lakes; Kleinke Park, Bailey Park, Wells State Park. See the county's web page or their face book page for more information.
Mason Park
Is a Menominee County Park, located on the Menominee River in the SW area of Menominee Township. It has a county pay box for boat launch/landing use.
